SOLVED
The Explora works OK, now trying to get XtraView going. Start off connecting HD decoder to satellite point. Installation Wizard starts. When it gets to Step 4: SCAN it refuses. Says signal is too poor. Only option available is Back. Can't see a way to force it to scan regardless. All I can do is go back and forth between steps 1 to 4, cannot force scan.
Surely there is something I can do to bypass the Wizard and go straight to Satellite Settings.
EDIT: After some time it suddenly decided there is signal. Busy scanning now.
