Hi,

Has anyone used this product (http://www.smeasy.co.za/)

I tried using it on my Mac and it doesnt work (They do say it is unsupported), but when I registered on my PC and used my details - I created an account and was taken to someone else's Financials

This is really dodgy - but that company had an excellent balance

Thank you for your feedback. We have tried to contact you on numerous occasions over the last while with no success. In response to your comments - at present, as documented on our website, SMEasy is unfortunately not supported for Mac users. We are currently doing the necessary development to ensure Mac users are able to use SMEasy in the next few months. With regards to your comments concerning seeing someone else’s information, this is technically not possible i.e. one company’s information cannot technically be viewed from another company in terms of the system design. Added to this, from a system security point of view, a company’s information is only available to users of that company who hold passwords; we cannot access anyone’s data as members of the SMEasy team as we do not have their passwords. It would be great to chat to you to understand what you are meaning, unless this is a hoax in which case we trust this information we have shared is helpful to other readers.
