Has anybody any experience with Smerno as a fibre provider. Their website is (permenantly) under construction... And they are sellig their services in our neighborhood.

Very sad looking bgp profile https://bgp.he.net/AS328433#_asinfo the staff also very much like to get personal and rude with people on facebook should you complain about bad service you have received etc.

Know of a few people who looked into getting from them and all of them had same thing happen "we will call you back" and they never did. Their online ratings look good because of the people who voted good for them like 90% are staff.

When a fibre company does not have a well working website, I'd stay away

Their name makes me think of Smegma - googie it.
