As an alternative to SSL filtering, you can try DNS Blacklisting, which means any queries made is first compared to Shalla's blacklist, and if a category matches, it is dropped.
This works over HTTP and HTTPS as well, which means you can now block pesky websites on the perimeter (firewall) for all your devices (laptop, desktop, cellphone, tablet, phablet, smart TV etc). Unfortunately websites can still be accessed via their IP adresses.
There is no official mod released yet, just a proof of concept and testing to see if it is working, but it do look good at this stage. Should there be enough interest, this mod can be developed further.
