Dark room in Adventure. Grues abound.
As an alternative to SSL filtering, you can try DNS Blacklisting, which means any queries made is first compared to Shalla's blacklist, and if a category matches, it is dropped.

This works over HTTP and HTTPS as well, which means you can now block pesky websites on the perimeter (firewall) for all your devices (laptop, desktop, cellphone, tablet, phablet, smart TV etc). Unfortunately websites can still be accessed via their IP adresses.

There is no official mod released yet, just a proof of concept and testing to see if it is working, but it do look good at this stage. Should there be enough interest, this mod can be developed further.

Do you now if this handles Youtube adblocking ?
The PiHole community is working hard to solve that one, since the browser adblock plugins work beautifully, but regex has not yet been found to make it work on PiHole

Nope, not yet.

And speaking of which, youtube is starting to piss me off with their doubledouble ads as well. One way to avoid that is to download the video and watch it offline.
