smpt.saix.net blocking all e-mails as spam

Client of mine is using the smtp.saix.net server and every single one of her e-mails are bouncing back flagged as spam.

Anybody else having problems?

Has she not sent any type of spam?
My mom was flagged as a spammer because of the work she was doing which entailed sending the same mail with updated info multiple times.

Same problem here on my Telkom emails cant send any mails, had to use the telkom web based email to send from my Telkom address

General problem at Telkom impacting all users apparently - thought it was just me because I was trying forward a .csv file.

Uploaded it to Dropbox for the client in the end.

Change smtp port to 587, mine works fine
