SMS Double Charge

I just got my invoice dated from the 24/07/09 - 24/08/09.

I see that most sms's was charged twice (sent one sms but goes through at the exact time to the same number.

No wonder my 500sms bundle was depleted long before month end.

Same with my wife's phone. Here 500sms bundle was also depleted long before month end but unfortunately I didn't receive her invoice.

Anyone had the same problem?:confused:

Same...my GF sends me an sms and without fail there are always 2 sms's delivered!! Been like this the last 2 weeks or so.:mad:

EDIT: Anyone here from MTN that can't sort this out for us..? :confused:
 
Hi

I suspect that these are multi part SMS's ( > 160 chars) hence on the bill it shows both SMS's at exactly the same time.

Please send me more info and I can investigate. I need the number it was sent from and the number it was sent to, and the dates and times as it appears twice on the billing statement (precise date and time please ).

Can I e-mail you the pdf? There are too many dates and times.

If I e-mail you the pdf then you can have a look at the other problem I contacted you about earlier. I see that my internet shows a lot of mymtn apn connections when its suppose to use Blackberry apn.
