SMS to a certain number not delivering

Hi All,

I have noticed that when I send an SMS to one specific number (tied to an old old Nokia phone) it never goes through. I am able to phone the number successfully and the recipient is able to SMS me and make calls to me.

My sms to the number never goes through though.

I tried giving customer care a call and there doesn't seem to be any anomalies on my side. The consultant mentioned that my number may be blocked on the recipients side which doesn't make sense though.

Is there anything I am missing, who can I call?

Make sure the phone you are trying to reach has the SMSC number set on the phone. On Vodacom, it's 082192.
