It cannot be the SMS messages - like 2000 of them would be like what ? 20000Kbytes ?
It cannot be the queries to the central system which has just been revamped for some R 200m.

So what is the actual problem ?

It's more likely that somebody read the posts here and decided to record the cell numbers linked to id numbers.

Problem is - they have to be handwritten and then captured in excel and they have not hired a data capturer yet and the person to sign the cheque is still buying the new company car and house and ...
