SMS - Unknown SMS Message type

I receive many SMS messages on my datacard "Unknown SMS Message type" the sender is 12000.

Does anybody know what these messages are?

Hi BBSA

All the 12000 SMS have been from Vodacom Custome care with Reference numbers from logged calls at 155.

Eg: Your call has been assigned as Ref: BN-****-816R6. Thank You. Vodacom Customer Care 082111

Mine decodes fine.

I also get the SMS's with the Ref #, but later I receive 2 more with "Unknown SMS Message type". I maybe this is then the Helpdesk think the problem is resolved.
