SMSes Going Through?

Just wondering if anyone is having problems with SMSes not going through or delayed or so today?
I have sent a few people SMSes and they have not got them, or they haven't gotten replies from other people, across all networks it seems.

I remember New Years Eve a few years ago, it was impossible to send a SMS

Do they eventually get delivered or do they just fade away into existence with me a few cents short?

Im getting a lot of the same messages over and over...
