Hi all - I am new, in fact it's my first post here.
I joined out of desperation as I just cannot get my e-mail settings sorted on a Galaxy Note4 using Android v4.4.4. The Telkom helplines are useless at the moment.
I am a Telkom customer and Telkom Online is my service provider. I also have a Telkom e-mail address.
At home and at work I connect using a wi-fi connection (non-telkom). My mobile service provider is Autopage Cellular and I have a Vodacom contract.
Can somebody please assist as it seems as if I need to change the email settings 10 times a day and all just gets messed up. My incoming mail does not seem to be problem, but the outgoing mail setting is tripping me up and I cannot send mails from my mobile device.
BTW - a great forum with some very clued-up members.
