I move between several networks and need to know what smtp server settings I can use to send my emails, I have webafrica, axxess hosted mail, godaddy hosted mail.
Is there a generic option?

Host a VPN at one place, which would allow you to always send the E-mails from 1 location.

Since you mention webafrica, why not used one of the free email accounts you get with them. Go into your DSL-console, set up an email account, use smtp.webafrica.org.za with authentication to send email.

I just use Gmail's SMTP. They have set up procedures for most email clients. Your client will need to support SMTP authentication, though.

I use DynDNS's service (though not free). It's quite acceptable to me, and I can publish SPF records as needed.
