We have been getting the same messages from SAIX.

I have been advising all our customers to use our backup smtp server until Telkom can sort out smtp.saix.net.

Install IIS smtp on your local machine and send out through that. It's what I do and it works great.

ive got installed - but what is the setup?

Goto the properties of the service in IIS and goto the access tab. Click the "relay" button and add your IP to the option "only the list below". Once done point you mail client to send mail through your IP address.
