seems like numerous clients are complaining of 451 4.3.5 server configuration problem error message

when using smtp.saix.net in Durban,

anybody else experiencing this?

I just contacted SAIX call center, they are aware of the national outage now,
It started from 7th (last Friday but only certain areas) Now it looks like its affecting more areas, or may even nationally...
