The value of broadband is'nt in the infrastructure, the value is in the content that you can deliver over it. People are willing to pay for content and advertisers are willing to pay big bucks for access to the people.
It seems you need to get a small ISP here is SA who will offer free connection if you are willing to live with customised content delevered each time you are online.
