I can't see it being anything else. The yanks would use Barret M82 in such scenarios, seen that one clip where the enemy were hiding behind a wall with a rpg or machine gun and the guy just shot them straight through the wall, all you saw was this red mist and the wall of the building behind them turn red.

My money is on the 14.5mm NTW-20 in this scenario.
