ye, but have you seen how many, but this and thats still have to happen and Icasa got to rubber stamp everything before anything can start happening, it sounds like well we said we will so better, jsut add all of this to cover our buds.

Yep, I'm not holding much hope that the SNO will get up and running anytime soon. I think where we will see the most happening is in the VANS sector now that their hands have been untied.
