SNO License Tomorrow

Hi all

If I recall the SNO is suppose to be getting their License doc signed tomorrow,

Anyone heard anything else about this yet.

it seems we are moving, even though at baby steps, apparently there are some major announcements coming next months from DoC regarding some more major changes.

Even if you had not read that article i had HUGE doubts. They are the goverment, promises, promises, promises and squat all return. Next year they will announce again that they are gonna announce the SNO and this will prob happen again. I am not even gonna hold thumbs cause i would rather conserve my strength for something more worth while, like playing CS or "setting my pants on fire"!
