Ok so I've been thinking about reasons for the SNO to offer telecomms services for anything less than telkom does. So far I have 1.
To attract customers.
When they have a client base, what is stopping them escalating their prices to what Telkom charges? I mean, if the public is paying for it from Telkom then why shouldn't the SNO charge that? If the SNO offers even slightly better service than Telkom, they will attract a large amount customers even if there isn't much price difference.
What do you guys think?
