Snom m9R on 3CX error 408

Hi guys,

Currently setting up a Snom M9R but it doesn't seem to be getting its identity. on the status > registration tab it reports "408 Request Timeout"

The extension details are all correct, Not sure what could be the problem. I know there was meant to be a whitepaper on setting it up with a 3CX server but didn't seem to find it.

Hoping someone has had this problem or knows how to solve it. next step will be mailing snom for assistance

did you set the provisioning on your dhcp???

The thing is we have other phones set up and they are all working fine.. Im setting these up without provisioning as apparently this model doesnt work so well with 3cx. Maybe ill give it a shot through provisioning

resetting both phones and base station seemed to solve the problem.
