Snore Wizard

You can always get the missus to sew corks onto the back of your pyjama top. Apparently stop you from lying on your back which is when you are most likely to snore. I wanted to do this for my hubby but he was very insulted.

Isn't it a halved tennis ball?

Havent snored in over 3 years (except if I've been drinking heavily), proper nutrition is all it took for me

Nah I snore on my side as well.

My wife and i both tried similar things. Never knew if it worked because we couldnt keep it in our mouths for long enough to fall asleep. It is really weird and your mouth is essentially open. Really uncomfortable devices

Old wives tales, most people also snore on their sides

Anyone got one of these yet?

I ordered one yesterday. Will report back when it arrives.

I got mine yesterday and tried it last night. Will take some time to get used to, but I think my years of Scuba diving helped me here. It feels a lot like a reg in your mouth. Wife said I snored a lot softer. Managed to sleep with it all night, and the way it fits in your mouth, you cant really spit it out in your sleep. Going to persevere with it, I think after a week or so you will be used to it and start seeing the benefits of a better nights sleep.

Awesome! Also done many many dives, so that's good news :)

Got mine yesterday, tried it last night. Going to take some getting used to. Swallowing with it in was a challenge, I drooled quite a lot :P and it hurt my teeth as well, I ended up removing it at some point during the night. However, my wife said my snoring was MUCH better when I had it in, so will persevere...

And? How is it going with this? Finding mine got "soft" and didnt work too well, aslo tends to make my throat and tongue VERY dry to a point that I need to get a drink of water.

Mine seems to be getting harder :/
I had to trim it down a bit, to the point i could actually close my mouth, and then the dryness stopped. I tend to drool with it in ;)
Wife says it makes a huge difference, but I battle to use it all night, it hurts my teeth.

Yep, hurts my teeth also. Will try trimming it down a bit, especially the back part.

For me it was the part that pushes against the bottom teeth from the inside, it was pushing on my gum which stopped me closing my mouth

It will become better.

It won't become more comfortable and your teeth will still hurt but you will learn to fall asleep quicker and your quality of sleep will drastically improve and also the quality of sleep of your wife.

I figure as my jaw gets "used" to being further forward when I sleep the pressure will get less...

You guys still using this? I see they have it on Groupon today...

I have a similar mouthpiece i bought from clicks, my personal opinion is its a POS. Yeah it works, but it really hurts your teeth, it leaves a very bad taste in your mount, its hard to breath, you drool and its impossible to sleep with this thing the entire night.

I cant seem to find these "Anti snoring chin strap's", that sounds more effective :)
