Milk and late night drinking of alcohol/coffee makes me snore.
Haven't smoked a cigarette in more than ten years. Don't think I've smoked a joint in about a year.R you a smoker?
The missus has a hard time moving or waking me. Before she got pregnant she was like 55kg. I'm 95kg.
Milk?! Really? I practically LIVE on milk!.
She tries really hard. I wake up some mornings sore but well restedThen she must learn the ancient art of petite sharp elbow to the short rib. Basic principle: If you dont roll over, she isn't doing it hard enough. Also if you put your arms above your head and on your back, that will cause some serious snoring. A hard poke on the traps muscle under the arm will roll you no probs. Its just about pressure points really. As long as you are not one of those wake up and fight type of dudes. I have a mate like that who you have to wake up like gentle breeze, or he will go defcon 1 on your ass before his eyes are even open.
Get your wife to kick you over onto your side. Most people snore on their backs. If you snore on all sides, then go for surgery. Losing weight, a good height on your pillow to match your spine and all that will help, but they are a very long term, lots of work solution. And they are possibly not even going to help you.
I snore from time to time, only on my back though. If I wake the wife, she shoves me in the side and I roll over. Snoring stops. As I said, if you snore on all sides, then try the other things, but consider the surgery.
