Anybody play WOW on snowball wireless and what is the performance like? Please dont say must get ADSL as its not a option.

Some of my friends use iBurst without a problem. If you can, test it by pinging to an international site (like google) and make sure there is no packet loss. (in command line : "ping www.google.com -t"

Code:
Ping statistics for 72.14.205.103:
    Packets: Sent = 8, Received = 6, [b]Lost = 2 (25% loss)[/b],
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 822ms, Maximum = 875ms, Average = 842ms

EDIT: As you can see, my work internet sucks :P

They just installed it and i got my GF to do the test. only did 4 packets. 0% loss at a average ping of 560ms.. hopefully i get this for wow

Well heres the results taken from 19:30pm to 22:30pm

Its pretty good same as my previous connection on ADSL except at 6pm-7pm (dunno before then) couldnt even connect to WOW but internet was fine it seemed.

Looks ok, though not good enough for PVP servers.

You might also find some oddities happening in game, though fortunately WoW handles some of these issues fine.
