Hi all
I am new here and hoping to get help on the issue of SNR decay.
Last night while surfing and monitoring the stats, I recieved a call. I then observed that the SNR increased from 6-9 to above 15 db, and thate line att reduced from 59-60 to 54-55 db.
This morning I checked the numbers and they were low again. I then called my home number via cell and the numbers improved again. The quality is decaying over several hours.
I am on Mweb 1mb uncapped adsl, using Netgear DGN 2200. The main incoming line is split for phone and router so no filter on line to router.
Can someone explain this phenomena and how can I find a permanent solution.
