I get a form letter from the Post Office saying that a parcel addressed to me has been inspected by Customs on behalf of Dept of Health and the whizz kid inspector has made the assumption that it is an unregistered medicine so the Post office is destroying it blah blah blah.
WTF just who made a Customs inspector in Cape Mail a Doctor all of sudden. The parcel actually contained a tub of natural greens powder like barley greens which a family member manufactures in the USA and ships globally via the EU.
It's not a medicine FFS. I don't even have the option to state my case with them. Now I have to have it sent all over again:mad: Any tips on how it should be labelled?

I've had one of my parcels opened by customs and then checked and sealed by the Dept of Agriculture :) was a variety of seeds from Canada. Niothing missing though.

I don't want Aim or Barleygreen, because the one I get is far nicer and I don't pay for it either. Maybe I should send the Factory a relabelling instruction, something like dehydrated vegetable matter or something so the dickheads at customs don't confuse this with a medicine. Manto is no longer Minister of Health FFS.

I bet you'd have more trouble if you sent the same stuff from here to the US.

If it's organic matter, customs have issues and their customs give more issues. Our customs are only in it for the money.

I think I'm going to go to cape mail and raise a holy stink with the customs inspectors there.
