With the new changes to SOC does weapon speed matter to a ret paladin under level 50? (when you get crusader strike).
Your opinions please.

BTW for those that dont know SOC = seal of command. Used to have a chance to proc and the proc was based on weapon damage. Now its a permenant flat added damage (striking 2 additional targets) based on weapon damage.

But why would one care about such things under lvl 80? Nevermind even that you care below lvl 50?

i lol'd. While weapon speed doesnt matter entirely for SoC, it does matter for Reckoning.
