Yes its fine.
The redness will get slightly worse, and then start subsiding over the coming days.

Salt water should be fine, but be warned it will burn. And afterwards it will itch up a storm.
Better get yer hands on a proper piercing cleaning solution asap... seriously... infections are nasty.

Get the proper solution, redness is completely normal, be careful when showering, especially when pissed...u tend to forget its there when washing ur face..
