So i am getting bsods while installing vista again

Just when the installation has finished i get different bsod errors
When the pc restarts the install starts over again in a loop action
Strange enough this is a new hdd.I installed xp on it and its fine
What you guys think....take the hardware back

Sound like a ram problem. Vista uses all the ram in the pc. XP only uses what it needs.

Yep does sound like ram, jus install with 2gigs of ram for now.

Sounds like the problem is that you are trying to install Vista. Switch to XP and all the problems will disappear

What error code are you getting?
