I don't get it. We are in a rental property with a satellite dish and I just want MNet. Apparently I am unable to subscribe to MNet alone. It's mind boggling. What useless customer service.

I really don't see any difference between receiving MNet via terrestrial signal and satellite signal.

Why are you so suprised? The name Multichoice is this most [-]punful[/-] punny (<-note: not a real word) company name ever.
Paying R550+ per month for a certain channel is how DSTV operates.

then just go to a second hand store and buy an old mnet decoder,if terstrial signal is not a worry for you

As I say, I've got an old decoder but no aerial and I'm not installing one in this property which I'll only be renting for the next nine months.
