Long story short...
I moved to the UK in Feb after getting a job at a VoIP software company.
I never had any plans to look for another job, but a couple of weeks ago I got a call from a recruiter with a job that pays 20% more, and I get to manage the 3CX PBXes of 300 different companies, and help deploy to more customers. I love 3CX so the job excites me.
My reason to move is purely financial, but really love 3CX...
BUT
What IF my current employer matches the offer? I am actually starting to enjoy my job even though at first I felt overwhelmed and completely out of my depth. Current company is busy creating a new product which is exciting. My role is helpdesk manager which actually sees me doing a lot of the work for our resellers, rather than them reporting software issues to us since we are a software vendor. So it isn't the role I envisioned.
So I am in two minds about what to do.
