Ok I am no longer with IS ,as they really suck .

So im just using up the last of my account .. But for some strange reason today IS is working , what did someone forget to limit the bandwidth ? or are they using Telkom today

Said it before, I don't care whether it works at 20, 40, or 60kB/s, as long as it downloads. Even when things do start going wrong (almost always towards the end of the month), you can still get in over 30GB. There is still no way that you can get 30GB on another provider at that price, be it local or international. Even the price of SAIX local is sky high.

If you use your connection only for browsing and emails then sure go ahead with SAIX

Yeah IS doesnt always have their best days, but I still get a larger amount of content from their local accounts.
