So what does Telkom mean by "competitive" prices?

So they admit it doesn't mean cheap, so what exactly does it mean?

They have this habit of comparing their ADSL prices to the local wireless broadband services to prove they're competitive. As we know, this isn't comparing apples with apples as wireless have inherent limitations compared to wired comms (frequency scarcity, latency etc). They never compare their ADSL prices to international ADSL prices.

I guess competitive means that you'd choose it from amongst a set of equivalent services based on price. Only there ARE no equivalent services. If there were, I'd be using it.
