There was some stuff about there being a cap imposed once the average spare capacity was consumed and that meant at around 10GB for the 'abusers'.
Seeing as that meant Teklom would have to do some math I heard that they have decided that 6GB is the absolutely final limit.
Just had a friend capped at 4GB.
So what is it?
