Reason I ask is while being on a 4mb line and supposedly having a threshold of 60GB I now pretty much get shaped from 10GB onwards? I've done 31GB this month and I'm lucky to get passed 80KB/s now on normal browsing. The chimps that do the shaping are too stupid to shape certain protocols however but it's a pain having to push everything through SSH, especially considering I'm well below their stupid usage limit.
