so which HD7770 is the best?

I was finding out today what to upgrade 1st in my friends system and came down to Graphics card...

eventually after today i decided ill be ordering a card to..both decided on the HD7770

but there are so many out there..which one is the best to go for?many reviews talk about the sapphire hd7770?

So please let me know

Sapphire's version is quite good. Sometimes the fan can get loud when it's spun up to 100%, but often it hovers at a 60% duty cycle, so it's pretty quiet. I'd get the PowerColor version from Wootware, then your friend can sell off the game if he doesn't want it.

if you compare pricing against EU and US..what they get for $179 is insane..

Pricing is luckily in my favor ..Uncle has a IT business so i just order through him and get it at cost

A friend just got the Powercolour HD7770 and I was amazed at how well it handles BF3. Excellent value card.

There's nothing wrong with the PowerColor cards anyway. Warranty is still two years and it's handled locally by Wootware. Besides, all GPU manufacturers have duds that get sold to customers, its the luck of the draw.

Agree with that. I swear by Gigabyte and received a Gigabyte R7770 OC 2 months ago - DOA. It took Rectron a month to test and send a replacement. It happens...

But it's out of stock..plus with the current rand /dollar that price may just rise ! :/ wouldnt mind a 7850 though
