I'm all for improving our social services , but hell... what is this fixation with Cuban training? Is Skweyiya saying that standards at our SA universities are not good enough

Don't see any of our skilled people wanting to go over there, and haven't noticed much expertise as you put it coming to us.

OK there's the Cuban doctors who find the appalling conditions here better than in Cuba, but in my experience they're not that great
