Hi,

If ANYONE has access to a high bandwith connection, and has control over the usage... Why don't you set up a SOCKS proxy server. It really doesn't take much more than about 30 minutes... if the service is reliable I would be MORE than willing to pay (say about R100 per month for a 16kbps service).
This will mean that we can tunnel all our international traffic through this... no more traffic shaping... Kazaa.. POP3 (as this seems to be QUITE low on traffic shaping priorities).

I don't know what the current costs of a diginet line is.. but if someone can afford to put one in, he stands to make quite a bit of money if this works.

Well my company are currently playing around with a socks5 proxy so far i know we have 512K International bandwith and 512 local..But they will only be Launching beging dec so far i know
