Soft Naan bread recipe?

naan in pick n pay has lil' seeds....

almost like mustard seeds but way smaller...... are'nt those sesame ?

I think those are poppy seeds. You talking about those tiny black/grey seeds? They are used a lot in breads in eastern places like india, iran etc.

ponder, there's loads of different types. Perhaps describe exactly what it looked and felt like (crispy, thick, doughy, puffy and airy, etc) and we can help you out more ;)

They were soft, stretchy, about 5mm thick, with the occasional air bubble/puffyness.
They were not crisp.

I have one that should suit. Will look it up at home and forward.
A bit of baking soda is definitely needed in the dough for the air bubbles. And you will need a yeast dough to get this.
Do you have a pizza stone or cast iron pot?

Got a mofo cast iron pot with a flat bottom.
Please provide brand names with the ingredients, sometimes I get a bit confused as to which flour or yeast type I should buy.
