We are looking to recruit an experienced Agile Project Manager. Your role will be to lead software development projects developed by our software development teams based in Cape Town and India, liaising with Product Owners, Clients and third party vendors in Europe. Our Agile Project Manager will also fulfil a line management role for the resources allocated to their projects.
Prerequisites
8 or more years experience in the IT industry
5 or more years experience in Project Management in the software development arena
Good knowledge and working experience, of Project Management methodologies and disciplines.
Experience with Agile software development concepts & Scrum essential
At least one year experience as a Scrum Master
Understanding of the SDLC and the associated, proactive risk management
Excellent client liaison skills
Leadership skills
5 or more years experience in resource management / line management
Character traits
Strong client relationship building and maintenance skills
Delivery focused with an understanding of the business and profit dynamics of software development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good people/consulting skills
Highly organized
Flexible, willing to work in rapid changing environment
