We are looking to recruit an experienced Scrum Master. Your role will be to lead software development projects developed by our software development teams based in Cape Town and India, liaising with Product Owners, Clients and third party vendors in Europe.
Prerequisites
5 or more years experience in the IT industry
1 or more years experience as a Scrum Master in the software development arena.
Experience with Agile software development concepts & Scrum essential
Understanding of the SDLC and the associated, proactive risk management
Excellent facilitation skills
Leadership skills
Character traits
Strong relationship building skills
Delivery focused with an understanding of the business and profit dynamics of software development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good people/consulting skills
Highly organized
