Software for Noise reduction on Video

I need to edit 1 video, 9 mins long which has quite bad background white noise.
I've managed to significantly reduce the noise with Audacity... all great.
But, now how to get it back on the video clip? I don't want to buy a full package subscription for video editing software at $69 for just the 1 video.

Any ideas?

Tried LightWorks also, but that was quite difficult for a newb.
