Software Freedom Day LPI Exam and Training Special

Hi all,

We have talked to the guys at LPI and organised an exam special for Software Freedom Day on the 17th September 2011. On the day exams will cost R675 only. About 1/2 price. We are also offering 10% off our Linux training courses for the August/Sept if you think you need some training. You don't have to come on the training to write the exams if you don't want

We are also trying to co-ordinate with the various user groups for Software Freedom Day. Will let you know once we have some more info. It will be held somewhere in Jozi, preferably somewhere in Randburg.

Can you skip LPI101 and 102? and go directly to get LPI2?
And does LPI 2 certification automatically include LPI101 and 102?
Reason I ask is I have experience in Linux and a limited budget so I would rather spend the money to get the more advance certification than the basic ones.
