- Developing and executing software test plans
- Identifying and facilitating issue resolution with functional and technical groups (including
- problem reproduction)
- Knowledge and experience in multiple testing methodologies, including regression, black-box,
- integration, white-box, UAT and unit testing
- Execute tests in a repeatable manner for verification when software component changes are
- made
- Documenting test results and communicating these back to the team as through verbal and
- written channels
- Experience and ability in testing multiple platforms, including desktop, web and mobile based
- systems
Beneficial:
- Diploma / degree in software related area
- Knowledge of automated test tools and platforms
- Zephyr / JIRA knowledge
- Some coding ability very useful, esp. for assisting with unit testing
