A company in Edenvale is looking for a Software Support Engineerto join their team.
Requirements:*
Three (3) or more years’ experience in an IT technical role including knowledge web technologies and APMOne (1) or more years’ experience in EUM, RUM, Analytics, Synthetics and IOT would be advantageous*
Good user skills on Windows / Unix / Linux / Solaris operating system;Knowledge of Perl and Shell scripting;Basic IP Network knowledge;
*The ability to perform operating system installations and software installations;
*Ability to read and understand code and Scripts;*
Strong root cause analysis and problem solving skills;*Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing;*
Documenting and reporting skills must be well developed.*
Strong understanding of APM tools and market trendsIT Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Web Development/Technologies Training would be advantageousIntermediate understanding of Databases (Oracle, MS SQL, etc.)*
Must have own transport.
