Software support required - syncing data across devices / platforms

I use a Windows 10 laptop, Windows 10 tablet, Android phone.
I need to keep contacts, email, calendar items in sync between the 3 devices. Seamlessly and in near real time
Irrespective of which device I add/edit/delete items.
Anyone interested in helping?
