Technologies Company looking for 2 x Software Application Agents to join our dynamic Systems Support Help Desk Team. Assist users across the globe with support and maintenance for internally developed applications and hardware. Main Responsibilities:
• Provide application and product support to users based in Southern Africa, UAE, Europe, Asia, New Zealand and USA
• Trouble Shoot and resolve immediate issues as well as assisting with appropriate corrective action for root cause problems
• Carry out System Maintenance Tasks
Requirements:
• Matric
• Intermediate SQL and Linux expertise
• Two years in a similar Help Desk role
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Good written and verbal skills. English is the company's primary communication language
• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks assigned to you
• Strong problem solving skills
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION - HOURS 6PM TO 6AM DUE TO TIME ZONES WHEN DEALING WITH OVERSEAS CLIENTS.
SALARY R10K - R15K.
