Software to monitor data usage

Is there any software that can monitor one's data usage in real time and flash warnings as soon as bundled data is depleted and out-of-bundle airtime depletion kicking in? Right now, I find that once my bundled data is depleted, then immediately, without any warning, my airtime is being rapidly chewed up.
