Software to record video screenshots.

I want to make a video user manual where someone speaks over and i record whats appearing on the desktop with the mouse pointer movements. Somethting like CBT nuggets. At the end of the day i want to have a user manual that i can record on DVD/CD. Any ideas what software i can download to do this.
