software update of e220 modem

Hi im new here but can someone just confirm with me if u update your modem with the softwre on mtn website or huawei site will my modem still be under warranty on mtn,and will thy still repair it if it should give me trouble in the future . thanx in advance

Remember that warranties are hardware related. If you update the modem you are updating the software which will not affect your warranty.
