Solana transaction trouble

The network underpinning one of this year’s fastest-rising cryptocurrencies is having problems validating transactions, according to a Twitter account run by the Solana project.

The problem stemmed from “resource exhaustion” in the network that caused denial of service, one tweet from the Solana Status account said. Third parties that validate transactions on the blockchain are preparing for a potential restart of the system if needed, the post added.

Buy the fear. Just got some more for $144 on the dip. Will buy more if it drops again.

Many holders are staked which means they have to wait 48hrs before they can sell. Will be interesting to see what happens on Thursday.

Agreed might be good news for Cardano or Avalanche as the gas fees on Ethereum are ridiculous

the majority of transactions are voting "transactions" (which are part of Solana's consensus). Basically, Solana is artificially pumping their numbers.
